I try to set two account in my outlook2003 and I would have in the right menu
two folders part referred to the different account. At the moment I receive
all mails inside the firsth created account and the second is only a
repository where I copy the referred mails. Is possible set something to
permit receive mail directly and separately in the right account and the mail
go automatically in the right part account????

That section doesn't apply to Outlook 2003, as the OP said was being used.
The "Rules" section would be more appropriate.
