Hello and thank you for helping this Noobie,
I have inherited this laptop from another associate in the company, the laptop is running Windows XP and I have Outlook 2007 installed (don't know if it came with computer) My problem is I can only Send/Receive while at my Home Office (unsecured Wi-fi connection) I have to go to customers and interact with my company , but anywhere I have acccess to the internet ouside my Home Office (even McD's or Starbucks) I can't send/receive at all to Outlook, I'll be going to China soon and this is really a concern I've not been able to fix with anyone in the area. This may have been answered somewhere else on the Forums but I can't find it, or I am not phrasing my question properly. I have tried to use this help page from Microsoft to no avail (OL2000: (CW) How to Troubleshoot Internet E-mail Configuration Problems) Any help would be appreciated. |
