My computer crashed last winter and had to be restored and all software
reinstalled. Ever since, I can connect to the exchange server using Outlook from behind our companies firewall, but not from outside the office. When I try to log in, I get error that says Outlook must be online. I turned off firewalls, pop-up blocker, antivirus, etc. In IE Browser, I listed the server as a trusted site. Still cannot connect. Whenever I'm out of the office I must use webmail to check email. Since everything was OK before the crash, I assume the problem must be in my computer. I'm running a Dell Studio with Vista Ultimate. |
