Can't send files with attachments over 1mg error 1x0 8004210B
Have just purchased computer with Vista and Microsoft Office 07. After
setting up outlook correctly I still can't send messages with attachments larger than 600kB. Instead the message will stay in my outbox and I receive the error message 1x08004210B. Meanwhile the message is actually sent over and over again! Have done some tweaking with my service provider - but nothing worked!

These issues are usually caused by having a virus scanner that integrates
with Outlook. Disable/uninstall this integration and try again.
