download messages without deleting messages on server problem

I have recently installed Office 2003 and I have a problem with outlook 2003.

I have configured one of my account to download messages from a pop3 server
withou the option (download without delete on the server).

Every time I do a send/receive, outlook download all the messages that are
on the server. (I din't have this problem with outlook express).

Have you installed Office 2003 SP2?
