Moving Contacts and In Box to a new computer
And dont copy to the default location, copy to Documents folder

I am trying to move the contents of my In Box and Contacts from my old computer running Outlook 2003 over to the new computer. I am following the Help suggestions but can's get it to write to my external hard drive. I haven't been able to do anything with the In Box contents and moving them.
