I have had to reinstall all of my software after a hard drive "reconfigure".
All of my Office 2007 products are working except for Outlook. I am unable to launch the application. It crashes and will not let me access it. After numerous crashes and sending error reports, it did a diagnostics, and told me I had to change a setting within "tools" - I needed to select the option "download a file periodically that helps determine system problems". At one time, I got a message that said my junk mail was set to "NULL". Does anyone have any advice? I ought to be able to email Microsoft as I have just loaded the software, but can't get advice without paying. |
