Default MAXIMIZE?Box 2 tiny 2 access options; eg save new email in addr bk

How 2 get/restore action boxes MAXIMIZE button? Not application, but
commands, eg Open attachment/choose option/CRTL-Alt-Del switch 2: all get 3cm
minimized box up. No access 2 options listed eg. open/run/add 2 email address
bk/save b/c no maximize. No title bar 2 double click. Across top 3cm box r
only 5 options 20%Transp/Roll up/? {Help not linked}/Minimize/Close. Box
jammed in corner, tho change position fr menu options 2 mid centre. Search
on-line, other XP users have this problem; see no fix. Assume windows/option
box sizing?
