Default emails look like a web page source sheet, all http...and lots of n

How do I find the setting to change me email in OUtlook to receive emails
with photos and text and not all this http//www........1234567etc.

Please help, I want to see the holiday ads and can't see them.

There's no setting in Outlook for that. Something is mangling the message
BEFORE Outlook gets it in such a way that Outlook cannot tell it's supposed
to be rendered as HTML. The usual culprit is having an antivirus program
tied into Outlook and scanning incoming mail. If you have this, uninstall
the AV program and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature. You will
be just as protected.

computer, could this be doing it?

Yes, and they can also bite each other causing even more issues. Check with
both Norton and AVG if this is a supported configuration for their software.
