Default emails look like a web page source sheet, all http...and lots

Yes, and they can also bite each other causing even more issues. Check with
both Norton and AVG if this is a supported configuration for their software.

How do I find the setting to change me email in OUtlook to receive
emails
with photos and text and not all this http//www........1234567etc.

Please help, I want to see the holiday ads and can't see them.

There's no setting in Outlook for that. Something is mangling the
message
BEFORE Outlook gets it in such a way that Outlook cannot tell it's
supposed
to be rendered as HTML. The usual culprit is having an antivirus program
tied into Outlook and scanning incoming mail. If you have this,
uninstall
the AV program and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature. You
will
be just as protected.
