Default Missing any files in CD with MS Office Enterprise 2007

I first received a CD with MS Office Enterprise 2007 Home Use Program that
did not run automatically and did not display any files using RunBrowse and
MS Explorer. So I had an on-line chat with OmniTech (MS) Support that had
two operators both confirm that the CD provided for Microsoft Office
Enterprise 2007 did not include any readable files. The CD reader on my
primary PC works fine for displaying files that I can open, along with an 2nd
PC. I next requested and received a replacement CD that also not run
automatically and did not display any files.

What is going on here - someone scamming MS with blank disks being sent to
users?

I was under the impression that Outlook 2007 Enterprise comes on a DVD, not
a CD. Perhaps you're mounting it on the wrong kind of drive.

I do not know how to convert ISO files. I see that this is a DVD disk, not
CD. I have a Sony CD-RW CRX216E, which likely does not read DVD's, as it is 6
years old.

I have a Sony CD-RW CRX216E that is listed under CD DVD/CD-ROM drives in
Device Manager. This Sony CD does not include DVD under applicable formats.

Looks like I need to add a DVD to this PC to read the files in DVD (not CD)
with MS Office Enterprise 2007

Good idea to get one. Then you need to convert the ISO file.

Use the following to convert the ISO

http://www.isobuster.com/isobusterdownload.php

Just download and use it. Do not have to buy it

This is a good idea. They're fairly inexpensive compared to how much they
used to be.

Then you need to convert the ISO file.

I don't think that will be necessary. He has a DVD install kit, not a
downloaded ISO. Once he has his DVD drive, he can simply mount the DVD and
install.

Peter, will IsoBuster find the DVD files using my CD and then allow me to
install them without buying a DVD/CD reader?

A CD drive simply cannot read a DVD disk. The formats are incompatible.
