Default Cannot access Outlook with Office Enterpirse 2007

I have loaded Office Entrerprise. Everything else seems to work except
Outlook. It will come up with wanting to start in the safe mode than it
stalls. It comes up with a box saying Migrating Account Settings. Any
suggestions?
