Server Status says 470.6MB of 5GB, but there is no option to retrieve
messages older than 12 Oct 2008 with Outlook Connector Version 12.0.6407.1000

Apart from not being able to retrieve messages older than 12 Oct, everything
else seems to be working fine.

Status:
Mail: Last successfully refreshed at 02:13 AM.

Calendar: Error at 02:13 AM. Last successfully refreshed at 04:42 PM.

Contacts: Last successfully refreshed at 02:13 AM.


The only other noteworthy thing is that I have a message that appears to be
"blank". What I see is the first message in my Inbox (Outlook Connector) has
an e-mail with no subject, no recipients, but a date of 07/10/2008. The
preview pane in Outlook 2007 shows

Sent: None
To:

.....and nothing else. I don't know if this is related to the above problem.

Any suggestions/thoughts/comments?

The connector downloads all messages. if it can't then there is a corrupt
message preventing it from downloading all - it could be that blank one you
see. I'm guessing the real date of the bad message might be Oct 7 2008.
Can you see any online from either date that could be the corrupt message?
move or delete it and the connector should download all of the messages.

Sorry it took so long. I did review my messages and I can't see any that
would be suspect at all.

What's worse, it appears as if the connector thinks everything is all right! -

Outlook Connector Version 12.0.6407.1000

Session timed out. Automatically re-signed in at 05/11/2008 05:31:06 AM


Mail: Last successfully refreshed at 07:35 AM.

Calendar: Last successfully refreshed at 07:35 AM.

Any other suggestions? Should I try moving messages to another folder
temporarily in Hotmail from the HTTP side?
