Did you work through the wizard to set it up online?

I tried both through the wizard and direct entry, it is greyed out in both
cases. It is likely a security issue but I need to know what in order to get IT to fix it. I have no problem entering the same settings at home where I am Administrator. Does it perhaps store the password in registry key that is locked under our
security template, or in an encrypted file somewhere that I dont have write access to? "mccarw" wrote: I tried both through the wizard and direct entry, it is greyed out in both cases. Not to my knowledge - it should be stored in the same password depository as
other passwords. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
