Print Preview and Print Untyped messages
Some of my users can type a message, click Print Preview and it shows the
entire e-mail To; From, Subject, Date plus the body of the e-mail. Others it only shows the body. I can find no differences in the settings. What am I overlooking? We are running Outlook 2003. Myine has SP2 the others do not.

The difference is whether they're using Word as the email editor or not.
