Default Outlook Express

How can I put a list of addresses at once into a "new group" in the address
book or do I have to spend ages putting in one at a time? Also, can I have
the "Bcc" box show on the "Create Mail" screen like the "To" and "Cc" without
having to go to the address book to do this action?
