I opened outlook and clicked tools, then options, then notifications/mobile
options as I get the same pop up. I choose to configure. It asks for the web service address (don't know) so I click the link. I use my hotmail and/or ISP as log on. In the account management (SMS link for outlook) I enter the mobile account, receive and enter the confirmation code, and then enter either hotmail/ISP to confirm the e-mail but I never receive it. WHY???? Not in junk or spam. I checked with my ISP and mobile provider and my phone is able to receive text, MMS, etc. Thanks! -- want to be crash free |
