Default Outlook 2007 not responding

Please help !!

My outlook 2007 has stopped working for some reason. When launched,
it opens up the outlook screen, then the ms outlook /exchange plug in
box appears. At this point everything stops and when i try to close
it down i am given the message "outlook not responding"

i have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook twice and this has not
fixed the problem. i have also set up a new profile on two ocassions
and this has not helped. to top it off, i have reverted back to using
outlook express for the time being until i get the problem fixed, and
for some reason the default language on this is French and there is no
option to change it or should i say no other languages are listed.

If anyone can help with this it would be very very much appreciated

Thanks

Might be an add-in / extension that's nurfing Outlook. It's disturbing that
removing office and re-installing didn't fix it, but many MS office products
leave residual profile settings from prior installations.

Try firing up Outlook in safe mode; StartRun
(type) Outlook /safe

See if Outlook will start that way, and then disable the bad add-in.
