I had implemented an email "rule" on Outlook 2000. I have since upgraded to
Outlook 2003, and the rule is still in effect, but not visible in the Rules Wizard. I'd like to turn off this rule. Can anyone help? |

Try starting Outlook with the /CleanRules switch:
