Default getting back my sent & received files

Hi Guys,

I want to reformat my laptop, how can I save and retrieve all my sent &
received outlook files?

Is it possible to just copy the .pst file and paste it on the same location
after reinstalling Micorosoft office? Willthe appearance be the same (ex.
subfolders, settings)?

Hi Cedric,

mabe this site will help: How to backup Outlook:
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm

Is it possible to just copy the .pst file and paste it on the same
location

Yes, if you "upgrate" to a higher Outlook version. If you use Outlook
2003/2007 and you install now an older Outlook versions, this would not
work, because Outlook 2003/2007 PST files can not be open with Outlook
97-2002 PST files. Outlook 2003/2007 can open PST files from older versions.
