need help confiuring outlook AOL
I'm trying to configure outlook for my AOL email account. I've followed the
instructions word for word. I am receiving AOL email, but it won't send. can someone help me with this?

Here's the error message....
Task 'imap.aol.com - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. I use the following setting for AOL mail in OE, they should be the same for outlook. So you may want to check your server settings. Incoming Server: imap.aol.com Port: 143 Outgoing Server: smtp.aol.com Port: 587 -- Add MS to your News Reader: news://msnews.microsoft.com Rich/rerat (RRR News) message rule Previous Text Snipped to Save Bandwidth When Appropriate "jlvanorden" wrote in message ...
