Make sure you are in Corporate/Workgroup Mode and then use the Control
Panel- Mail applet to add the Exchange mail service to your account. Ask
your mail admin for the server settings.

Hi,

I have configured the account. But i am getting the following message
every time when i start Outlook 2000.
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook
window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The file C:\Documents and
Settings\roman\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
\outlook.ost* cannot be accessed. You must connect to your Microsoft
Exchange Server computer at least once before you can use your offline
folder file."

How do i resolve this issue.

Thanks,
Gaurav
