Default Outlook 2007 Beta to Outlook 2007

Unable to retrieve Beta messages as unable to open pst files from "Open
outlook data". They appear to be there but will not open - any ideas as I
need to retrieve several messages.

Error message saying unknown application can't open - words to that effect.
