We recently upgraded to Vista after our hard drive crashed. Despite help
from my internet provider, I am unable to connect to their server using Outlook 2000 to access my email. There is no trace of a Send/receive button. In fact, when I look in About Outlook, it specifically says "No email" under Microsoft Outlook 2000. My internet provider seems to think something in the configuration of Outlook needs changed. I am grateful for any help that can be provided. I currently go to the webmail page to check email but would much rather have it accessible from Outlook as it was prior to our hard drive crash. |
