Yes, there are others, but they don't seem to solve my problem. I have just
taken possession of a Dell notebook running XP pro; I loaded my office pro 2003. I can open Word, Excell, Publisher but cannot open Outlook because of this problem. The program freezes and I can only minimise or maximise (very frustrating) on closing the program I am referred to the Symantec site which references a compatibility problem with the aforementioned WinFax Pro. I have not got WinFax Pro so what is going on? I need my organiser... |

If this a new Dell, you sure it doesnt come preinstalled with any Symantec products, as a trial? eg NIS or NAV? "Bewildered" wrote in message ... Did you ever find a remedy for your problem? If not, see 12/27 reply to 12/19
posting of the same name. If you are upgrading from a previous version of Office, this should do the trick. "Bewildered" wrote: Yes, there are others, but they don't seem to solve my problem.
