Default Outlook 2007 POP Account Email Deletion Multiple Accounts Incorrec

I access a POP server from multiple computers. When I delete items in
Outlook 2007 it sends the deleted message to my Deleted Items folder on the
computer that I am using but does not move it on the server to the Deleted
Items folder, so it remains in the inbox when I check from other computers.
The only way to make it not show up in the inbox's on other computers is to
manually empty the Deleted Items folder and permanently delete the message.
Which I'd reather not do right away.

How do I make Outlook 2007 send items to my POP server "trash" without
permanently deleting?

Additionally, if the deleted message is already in my Inbox on another
computer (like my hope computer that automatically checks email), even if I
do permanently delete a message, although it is gone from the server it
remains in the inbox of that computer as if it has cached all the messages on
local machine. Even hitting "send/receive" does not remove the deleted email
from inbox on the local machine.

How Do I make Outlook 2007's local inbox sync correctly/exactly with whats
in the inbox on the POP Server?

NOTES: My handheld PDA running microsoft mobile manages the email
correctly. Outlook 2007 seems to manage my Hotmail account correctly. My
Outlook 2002 on another computer seems to manage this issue correctly.
