No new contact because already in address book
My boss just upgraded his computer, so we needed to migrate everything over.
After exporting the .pst file from Outlook and then importing it on his new computer, I noticed that he didn't have anything in his Contacts. However, he has an enormous list when he clicks on the "To" button when he wants to send an email. The problem is, if he wants to use the "Contacts" for his contact list instead of the address book, when he tries to add a contact he gets an error message saying that he cannot do that because "An Outlook Address Book entry cannot be used as an e-mail address in a contact". Any ideas on how to reconcile this problem and shift over all the Address Book info to his Contacts? Thanks! |
