How can I install outlook on my user account like I never did it?

Because right now if I do "manage data file" I see just one *.pst file. But
in my list I see two and one of them give me error message. So I try to
remove outlook and reinstall but it tries to be cleaver and remember all the
configurations and the bugs! So that doesn't solve the problem.

Create a new mail profile and point it at the one PST you wish to use.
