Default reset up internet security in outlook

When Outlook used to start up, it would ask me if I "trusted this internet
connection". I some how changed my set up and it no longer asks me that
question. Since then, I can not download my e-mail into outlook. How do I
reset that option?

Please e-mail to
Thanks
Dom
