Default Roaming profile Vrs Outlook Wizard

We have some New Windows XP-SP2 boxes installed onto our Windows 2000 domain,
These have Microsoft Office 2003 Std complete installed via Local
Administrator.

Now each time a roaming user (who has allready a roaming outlook profile)
logs into this new PC, the outlook wizard pops up.
I know that to get past this is to start the wizard and exit without email
support.
But non-techie users can not be expected to work through this wizard.

Any ideas how we can install outlook / set registry to stop the wizard and
accept the roaming profile?

Thanks
