Default How do I configure outlook for a cable modem?

I use to have dial up and outlook 2003 worked fine. I just switched to a
cable modem and a new ISP. I can send email but not receive them. I called
ProLog (ISP) and they helped me configure outlook express, but told me they
can not help me with Microsoft Outlook over the phone. Why I don't know.
Can anyone help me? I have spent many hours in front of the computer trying
to search for the solution.

If you have an account in Outlook Express that's working, you can export it
from Outlook Express and import it with Outlook:

Import your messages or account from Outlook to Outlook Express

If your Outlook Express account works, import it into Outlook with
FileImport and ExportImport Internet Mail Account Settings and see if it
works then.
