How do I change outlook access from dial-up to my cable?

I am trying to access outlook but have changed from dial up to cable and
admin will not let me make my changes. I had the cable installed and it
automatically switched my yahoo account. How do I access outlook now?

Ask your cable company for the credentials needed to log onto their servers.
You will also need your account name and password, all of which your cable
company will have.
