Default on Startup of Outlook, says "Class not registered"

Reloaded some Office programs as Excel was not working. Now when I start
Outlook I get the following message.
An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 307
Char: 1
Error: class not registered
Code: 0
URL: outlook.today

Then it asks if I want to continue running scripts on this page.
