Please share your views on below

1. when i open outlook2003, there's an error:

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open Outlook window. The
set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact your
administrator if this condition persists."

2. i tried to repair/reinstall outlook
Useless

3. I tried to create a new profile. another error:
"The action could not be completed. The connection to the Microsoft Exchange
Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this
action." (this happened during authentication)

Testing on other pc is ok, means user account has no problem. I'm sure
exchange server is also ok.
