Default Outlook should prompt "Are you sure, you want to 'Reply All'?"

Typically when Outlook is used in big corporations, there are numerous
distribution lists (like support cell, technical forums etc). Many times,
employees use 'Reply All' facility unknowingly & the email floods everybody's
in-boxes.
Sometimes, 'Reply All' is required, but in many instances, it is a nuisance.
In such case, if there is a dialog box prompting (just before user replies
all, which has a distribution list) user 'Are you sure, you want to Reply
All?' the user will pause/think & might not send it to the entire audience
but to only sender. This will save a lot of unwanted traffic & server
space/utilization would increase dramatically.

This dialog box should be configurable (like it should be prompting only if
the number of users in distribution list is exceeding some number, say, 50
etc)
