Even when the program is closed, it continues to send and receive
I have just installed Outlook 2003. I now have an Outlook icon in my startup
group. The computer continues to send and receive e-mail even when Outlook is closed. I have turned off the send and receive when offline option, and it still does it anyway. Any suggestions appreciated.
