Order of Folder List

Since installing Microsoft XP, outlook 2002 displays the folder list with
personal Folders at the top, and Outlook Today (Exchange Server) at the
bottom. I need to adjust the order. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've been able to adjust this on occasion by creating a new mail profile and
adding the Exchange service first, making sure it works, and then adding the
Personal Folders service.
