I've upgraded my PC to Office 2003 from 2000 and am now having trouble
connecting Outlook to my Exchange server. Launching Outlook, I get the following error: "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. You must connect to your Microsoft Exchange Server computer with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder file." Checking the knowledge base, I think I have a problem getting synched with the Offline Address Book feature. However, nothing in the KB seems to point to my specific problem, and trying related resolutions hasn't gotten me anywhere. Any advice? |
