When I click any email hyperlink, I get a message that the operation has been
canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. The infobar at the top that gave me a choice has disappeared. How do I restore my ability to enable the hyperlinks. |

There was no change, even after I reset the program and other defaults and

In hind site, I neglected a critical factor. I am using firefox, and a
reinstallation repaired the problem.
