Is there a way to automate the transfer of the incoming (inbox) mail from one
service provide to another - so at the end I will be to examine incoming mail from one folder. Currently I have 4 mail acoounts which I have to transfer manually (three time) everytime I read my mail? Thanks in advance -- Gabe |

I have 7 different POP3 accounts polled in my main profile and all emails
are delivered into one Inbox. Why don't you just set up all your accounts in one profile and set delivery to the same PST file. It wouldn't work for HTTP or IMAP emails but all the POP3's could be delivered into one place. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Absolute Beginner's Guide to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Reminder Manager, Extended Reminders, Attachment Options http://www.slovaktech.com/products.htm "Gabe" wrote in message ... Sorry Ken
I forgat to indicate that MSN changed from a pop3 to an HTTP account. I can't understand why they don't want you to combine any account you may have -- Gabe "Ken Slovak - [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: I have 7 different POP3 accounts polled in my main profile and all emails are delivered into one Inbox. With HTTP accounts you always have a separate PST file, it mirrors the state
of what's on the server. Same thing in Outlook 2003. Everything there feeds into an Exchange mailbox other than my Hotmail account. IMAP is always also a separate PST file. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Absolute Beginner's Guide to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Reminder Manager, Extended Reminders, Attachment Options http://www.slovaktech.com/products.htm "Gabe" wrote in message ...
