How to display multiple mailboxes in Outlook
Hi
I want to configure Outlook so that I can display a second mailbox within the same Outlook 'session' I want to use my normal Outlook mailbox (exchange based by the way) for send/receive etc., but want to have other mailbox displayed so I can easily see emails arriving into it, and read/delete as necessary. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for this, but when I come to the Outlook section and tell it to add a
new mailbox - it replies saying you can only configure Outlook to work with one exchange mailbox.? Go to 'Tools|E-mail Accounts|View or Change Existing E-mail
Accounts|Microsoft Exchange Server|Change|More Settings|Advanced', click the "Add" button next to the "Open these additional mailboxes", and add the name of the second mailbox.
