Outlook 2010 Email open crashes Outlook
What type of mail account (POP3, Exchange, IMAP)? If Exchange, what version?
Are there any error messages when Outlook closes? Are PST's in use? If so, what version of Outlook were they created with? Have they been scanned for errors? Have you checked the Application Event Viewer for Outlook or Office related errors?
