Default Windows 7

Just lost my Windows XP computer. But my files were backed-up on ClickFree
hard drive. My new computer is Windows 7 and I loaded my Microsoft Office XP
Small Business onto my Windows 7 computer. I don't know how to get my
Outlook to access my pst files which according to ClickFree are loaded into
my new computer. I must tell you that I am NOT very computer smart.

Not familiar with ClickFree.

Call them 866-680-0516 and they will probably guide you very efficiently.

Otherwise, your files are normally supposed to be in in
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

And you are smart. You had a backup. Most people do not.

Try this:

Open Outlook
Go to File - Open - Outlook Data File
Type the next line EXACTLY
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Hit enter
See if your Outlook.pst is in that window.

And to compound matters OfficeXP has issues on both Vista and Win7 in that
Outlook mail account paswords are not retained.

Outlook 2002 is not compatible with Windows 7. You need at least Outlook
2003.
