Default how to change complete task to another task folder

HI!!

probably more than one have the same question... I'm just learning to
use "task" in outlook 2007.
Since my online account have limited capacity I nead to have the less
information that I can online, so what I want to do is to move (manually or
automatically) complete tasks to another task folder as a history backup of
complete tasks...

Thank you all!!!

When you say "online account", what type of account do you mean? Exchange?
POP? IMAP? Hotmail?

For POP and IMAP accounts, tasks cannot be "online", since IMAP and POP
servers deal strictly with mail. For Exchnage or Hotmail accounts, create a
local PST with FIleNewOutlook Data File, create a tasks folder in that PST
(it doesn't need to be named "Tasks", but it needs to contain task items) and
copy or move the tasks you wish to save to that folder.
