So I have a delegate that is an Editor to my mailbox. She takes care
of all my contacts. However the contacts that she has for my mailbox on her outlook do not match what is in my mailbox - contacts on my pc? |

How are they different? Maybe she's not seeing some that you've marked as

Maybe you're using views that have different filters.
