Contacts on Delgate computer are different than Mine
So I have a delegate that is an Editor to my mailbox. She takes care
of all my contacts. However the contacts that she has for my mailbox on her outlook do not match what is in my mailbox - contacts on my pc?

Maybe you're using views that have different filters.
