I am having trouble setting up an account

After ive setup my account and tested that the settings are correct and go
back to the main screen and hit Send/Receive i get an error msg saying
" The operation failed. An object could not be found. " but the test msg
gets sent to outlook express6 what have i done wrong in office outlook 2003

If an object is missing your install may be incomplete.
