I am using Office 2007. This is the message I get each time, Microsoft
Office has identified a potential security concer. This location may be unsafe. (and then the location) Hyperlinks can be harmful to your computer and data. To protect your computer, click only those hyperlinks from trusted sources. Do you want continue? Yes No Each time I click on yes. I get a box that states Access is denied. Any idea how to turn this off? "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: What exactly happens? Are they attachments or text links? I don't recall ever seeing that message
with links. Do you have an antivirus program installed that integrates with windows security center? That can prevent some warnings can could explain why not everyone sees it. I found this KB - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925757 - it looks like it only happens when hyperlinked to exe files. Regular hyperlinks to pages should work ok. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
