Message appears tiny even if font is set at normal- how do I fix?

When I set font at arial 10 for example, the diplay shows the typing as too
tiny to read- and connot be corrected by changing font type or size. All else
is normal- hpw do correct this diplay?

What version of Outlook? If using Outlook 2007, you need to reset the Zoom
to 100%
