Default Tasks

Is it possible to categorize tasks (e.g. work, personal, family, etc.)? Can I
then prioritize tasks within each category? And then, finally, can I view
only incomplete tasks within that category?

In Outlook 2007 you can do all that

Yes, that's possible.

The tool "Category Manager" helps you to handle your categories more
easier:

Tried this add in on OL2007, unfortunately OL baulks with the usual msg
'encoutered a problem with add in, do you want to disable......'

Here it does work on OL 2003/2007 very well. I will ask the developer to

Please enable the addin, launch one of its dialogs, then click Help/Support,
and send the e-mail.

Unfortunately cannot do, 'OL msg encountered a problem.......' Outlook then
closes before I've composed the email containing the log file, and its not
saved in drafts.
Tried several times

I should have said cannot locate a log file in win.
Never mind now managed to save the support request to drafts before it
crashed, and have sent it after the restart with the add in disabled
