If I drag an email to Tasks, the resulting Task does not have the same formatting - there's an extra blank line between lines of text, and tabs and colors are lost. I've tried changing the editor options to "keep source formatting", but that didn't resolve the issue. I've searched this group and various support web sites, but can't find a solution. Is this a bug? or an "undocumented feature"? -RAM |

You can call it a bug if you want - but its just how the task message field
renders the HTML - it doesn't use styles when it converts a message to a task. Copy and paste of the message body keeps the styles.
